How to download your content from the Echo360 platform before it is decommissioned.

Text and image instructions
Go to the Echo360 site and log in with your UTS credentials. Then navigate to Courses (top left).
Select the course you wish to download recordings from.
After you click on the course, the next page will display a list of recordings for that course. Click on the green echo icon next to your chosen recording.
When you click on the Echo icon, a dropdown list of options will appear. Select Download Original.
Depending on how your recording was captured, you may have multiple sources. Select Full.
Please note, when downloading individual sources, you will need to upload both of them to Kaltura Media individually and separately. Our resource Upload media files with Kaltura My Media demonstrates how to do this. There is currently no method to combine them into a single uploaded file with Kaltura Media. The LX.lab Media Studios have an editing suite available for you to use if you would like to combine the files as a side by side single video using iMovie software and Media Production. You can request a booking via the LX.lab.
