We invite you to attend our Information Session about the upcoming FFYE 2025 Grant round. Academics engaged in whole-of-course design and/or coordination of core subjects are invited to attend. Team applications involving course teams, teaching teams, tutors, demonstrators, students and academic support professionals are encouraged.

The focus of next year’s grant round is Assessment in the age of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI).

In this information session, we will go through the FFYE grant SharePoint site and highlight key areas such as grant requirements, examples of projects, past grants, Assessment Principle of Transition Pedagogy and others, Universal Design for Learning, timeline and budget processes, grant criteria and rubric; and more.

We have a panel of past grant applicants who will tell us about their experience. Many of these people have their applications on the SharePoint site, addressing both GenAI projects and assessment approaches.

Read the detailed FAQ section and come along with your unanswered questions.

Who should attend?

Core subject coordinators, course coordinators, team teaching members, casual academics, professional staff working in core subjects, and students involved in co-design practices.
