Join us for a short 30-minute workshop and gain a glimpse of what it looks like and how to create and organise content for your future subject sites.
We will start off with a brief introduction to the LX Transformation Program and what it means for you, then delve into some major differences between Blackboard and Canvas. There is no need to bring your laptop, as we will be playing on shared devices.
Things that you might see:
- Edit the navigation menu
- Construct a page
- Create a module
- Add files, images & links to a page or module
- Add an event to the calendar
Please Note: Aspects of this session involve guided discovery where you might get your hands dirty using Canvas. This is Canvas without all the final features but still fully operational and ready to educate.
