Staff who need to add mathematical equations to their Canvas site are welcome to attend.
What will you learn?
Not everyone reads equations in the same way, which is why it’s important to make sure that any equations added to Canvas are Accessible.
In this 30 minute session, we will:
- Discuss how screen reader/magnification software is used to access equations
- Explain how equations can be made accessible in Canvas
- How to add equations to Canvas using LaTeX code exported from MS Word, MathType etc.
