2:30 pm - 3:30 pm - Zoom – further details provided upon registration
Subject coordinators are invited to attend this upcoming workshop for an overview of the subject dashboard.
Drawing on data in the msa file that each subject coordinator has access to, the subject dashboard provides helpful information such as:
- a view of the cohort coming into their subject
- cohort diversity (e.g. pathways, demographics, degrees/majors, enrolled, withdrawn etc)
- past results by grade
Join us to hear from presenters Kathy Egea (Senior Lecturer and UTS First and Further Year Experience (FFYE) Coordinator, TLC), Amara Atif (Lecturer, School of Computer Science) and Gavin Paul (Associate Professor, School of Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineering) on how you can utilise the features of the subject dashboard for your context.
Note: if access is required, subject coordinators need to complete a service connect request to DAAI, identifying their staff number and subject codes.
Before the session, take a look at our blogs to learn more about the subject dashboard.
- FEIT academic Amara Atif’s blog where she explains her insights on how to make the most use of the dashboard.
- The second blog on the new Power BI interface with examples of use from FEIT academic Gavin Paul.
