  • Pharmacogenomics is an exciting field that is truly changing the way we approach medicine. I have always been interested in how genetics affects our health, and when I learned about pharmacogenomics https://hims.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html , I realized how important it is for individualized treatment. This science allows doctors to select drugs based on the patient’s genetic characteristics, which significantly increases the effectiveness of therapy and reduces the risk of side effects. This is especially important in a world where the number of drugs and diseases is constantly growing.

  • Hi Vicky,

Hard topic to simplify, however you seem to have done it very well that so much so that my sister looking over my shoulder right now seems understand what’s going on. (She just graduated High school). I would recommend however to use more pictures or diagrams to help describe your topic. Also, the use of analogies would also greatly benefit the simplification of your blog a lot more. The flowchart made a lot of the data summary easier to follow.

    Overall, excellent work and effort.

  • Great job Vasiliki, I really enjoyed the way you clearly laid out your data, and included figures that communicate complex concepts easily. With numbered references you should make sure they are in order, so [1] is the first reference that appears in text, also make sure your references appear in your bibliography. You might want to tell the reader what the drugs that you mentioned are used to treat, that way they know that these issues occur in commonly used drugs.

  • Hi Vasiliki, your blog is looking really good, I like the clear layout and is was very easy to understand and follow. The diagram helped me understand and gain more of an insight into your topic. I would suggest making the spacing between the subheadings and the text below them a little larger just because they seem a little too close and squished, and also the navy colour is very close to black which makes it less clear it is a heading, maybe consider changing the colour or bolding the subheadings. All the best.

  • Hi Vasiliki, i really enjoyed reading your blog. I found it extremely easy to follow. I also loved the use of your diagram which added to the understanding of the texts. Also the use of the rhetorical question at the beginning really helped in introducing your topic very well. I believe you could add another example of a pharmacogenomic test. other than that good job!

  • I really like the layout and the colour scheme, and the title is to the point. However, I feel like using a question for each subheading and then having the information afterwards makes it seem too much like FAQs, maybe try to utilise the questions in the paragraphs instead to engage the audience more while they are reading the information? And maybe try to explain things like what enzymes do and what metabolism is, because a broader audience may not know what they are and might be turned off from reading your blog.

  • HI Vasiliki, I also really liked your colour scheme, it was very pleasing on the eyes. The layout is very neat and ties in well with your diagrams. I especially liked the incorporation of the flow diagram as it allows the audience to visualise the process clearly. Overall, great job on your blog.

  • Hi Vasiliki, I thought the cohesive colour scheme on your blog was very effective. I loved how you titled your headings with questions, to keep it colloquial and relevant to a non-scientific reader. You showed a very good understanding of your topic through your writing without making it too “wordy”, which I really appreciated. Great job overall.
