  • What an amazing looking blog! The use of bold colours within the article is extremely eye catching while your layout was organised, enabling your ideas to flow. Also, your use of sub-headings and small paragraphs beneath allows the blog to be very informative to the reader. Your breakdown of how GPCRs work on the second page is simple and easy to understand. I am guessing you created the image on the first page yourself, well drawn and easy to interpret! Love your work!

  • Hi Jessica! A nicely presented blog that is eye-catching with great a choice of colours and fonts. Good sub-headings were used to break up the information, however, sometimes a bit difficult to read as it got a bit too technical. I also agree that the first page was a bit too cramped with a lot of text – I would suggest to try and space it out, simplify information or add images to help keep the reader engaged. You have done very well so far, good luck!

  • That was a really great looking blog – great layout. I agree that you need to de-jargon it a bit. Its pretty close to being very good. Could use a catchy title to make you want to read.

  • The layout of this is really eye grabbing and I like the images and colour scheme. I think you may need to simplify or explain terms such as ‘hydrolysed’ and ‘transmembrane helices’ so that educated laypeople who haven’t studied science could still understand. Maybe you could also include some examples of signalling molecules and their effects on the second page where you explain that signalling molecules attach. Overall it is a really good explanation and very appealing.

  • Hi jessica,

You made everything sound so simple which made it really easy to understand, I just think that you should maybe reduce the amount of information on the first page, your images were really relevant which also contributed the fact that the topic was easy to understand.

  • Hi Jessica,

You broke down everything to make it easier for us to follow but I feel like the first page is a bit too cramped compared to the second page. The breakdown of how GPCRS works is really simple to understand and the images next to the info helps with the process it goes through.
