Like Ken said I think it would be good to have a specific example for overdose (I actually think that is part of the question, I did the same one). But overall a really great effort!
A well written attractive blog Georgia. A couple of minor points to consider: the ionised vs unionised forms are in equilibrium so if some of the drug is excreted/absorbed the equilibrium re-sets. It would be good to give a real example of where the excretion of a drug is increased in OD as this would support all the background science. A bit of proof reading is required here and there. Probably take out the equation as it means nothing unless you explain it. In text numbering for referencing would work better.
This is a really wonderful blog, very easy to understand. The analogy you used with the bouncers was really creative and your diagrams are wonderful!

Overall a good read. The landscape formatting is a big asset as it allows the use of bigger pictures and more text. Your explanations of the topic were really clear and easy to understand due to the blog style writing technique you have employed. The Cartoon photos of pH scale were also quite funny. The last big bit of text could be an obstacle and would be easier to read with sub headings.
