Phrases like ‘pKa is the acid-base ionisation constant of a drug’ would mean nothing to a lay person. The challenge is understanding the topic well enough to explain it fully. I like the amphetamine bit at the end but check how much of the rest your family or friends understand.
Overall, good work! I think the start could be a little more engaging to pull in a reader and maybe use analogies or relatable concepts so that it is more easily understood by someone who lacks the knowledge of the content. Other than that the explanation of topic is well done. Good work =]

The pictures in a zig zag format make the second page seem a bit dizzying. Perhaps some more casual language could be used in parts.
