If you’re stuck with a problem, you can always reach out for help. It’s not always easy to know who is the best unit to reach out to, so consult the following list for some of the common issues you may encounter.
The LX.lab provides a range of learning and teaching support, with a specialisation in blended learning and technologies for learning.
If you’re having trouble with accessing a UTS system, you should log a ticket with the Information Technology unit.
For human resources support and advice, including matters related to claiming pay, contact the People Unit.
Facilities and Campus Security is available on the UTS campus 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Facilities can be contacted for classroom issues or other concerns.
