How to access resources in Canvas Commons and make them available in your subject.
Canvas Commons contains many UTS resources that you can import directly into your subject.
The resources may include standard instructions for your students on how to use Generative AI, how to complete an assessment, or what the UTS academic integrity guidelines are.
Canvas Commons can be accessed by UTS staff by logging into Canvas and choosing the Commons link from the Global Navigation menu.
To find resources in Canvas Commons:

You can see a preview of a resource by selecting it. Keep in mind that not all video media will be visible in the preview.
When you import Canvas Commons resources, they won’t automatically appear in your subject site’s Modules. Instead, they appear in your Canvas indexes, e.g. Pages will appear in Pages, Quizzes will appear in Quizzes.
For example, to find and edit an imported Page:
Imported Modules will always appear at the bottom of the Modules section in your site.
Finally, make sure students can easily find your imported resources by adding them to your Modules.
