Before an exam, it’s recommended that you help your students understand what will be assessed, the exam format and where they can go to get help. To get started, you can try these tips.
Schedule a session with your students in the weeks leading up to their exam to ensure your students know:
Students are not able to use their mobile phone or email to contact you for support during an AI invigilated exam as this is flagged by the invigilation software.
Advise students of your preferred contact method/availability before and during exams. It is recommended that you are available at least for the first and last hour of the exam window on the day of the exam.

This ensures that support teams are able to contact you for any issues occurring at the start or towards the end of your exam.

If students have severe difficulties on the day of the exam, advise students to collect evidence (screenshots, recordings etc) to support their application. Students will either need to apply for an alternative or supplementary exam.
