Help your students succeed by supporting their access requirements. The Accessibility Service uses Access to communicate students’ learning and assessment adjustments with Subject Coordinators. Learn how to use Access to manage and implement learning and assessment arrangements.
As a Subject Coordinator you can use the Access faculty portal to:
The most compatible browsers to use with Access are Google Chrome and Firefox.
Subject Coordinators will receive an email notification prompting them to log in to Access for each new request.
To review and respond to a request:
If the request is not approved, please provide detailed feedback or alternatives in the comments section so that the Accessibility Consultant can provide additional information and options to the student.
As a Subject Coordinator, you can view students learning and assessment adjustments in your subject.. In Access these are called accommodations.
Please be sure to maintain privacy and record keeping requirements by not saving insecurely or storing – the use of this feature is to view for the purpose of implementation/approval of requests.
