Use the following instructions to obtain a list of attendees from your recent Zoom Meetings.
Reports are automatically deleted from your Zoom account 30 days after the scheduled meeting date, so ensure you download the reports within this time if you require a record. Reports cannot be downloaded for meetings that have been deleted from your meetings list.
Go to the reports tab of UTS Zoom at least 30 minutes after your meeting has ended. Click on ‘Usage’.
Your most recent meetings from the preceding 24 hours will display. Adjust the date range if you want to see a meeting from another date. You can also choose which columns you want to see under the ‘Toggle columns’ dropdown.
Click on the number under ‘Participants’ for the meeting you want to see attendance for.
This will show you a list of all the people who attended your meeting, when they joined and when they left. Click the box ‘Show unique users’ if it appears to avoid the same person being listed twice when they re-entered the meeting. If there were any guest attendees in your Zoom meeting, you might only see their name with no email address.
If you want to download the attendance report, click the box ‘Export with meeting data’ to include meeting details (such as title, duration and date) in your report. Then click the blue button ‘Export’. The report will be available in CSV file format in the Downloads folder of your computer.
Visit Zoom’s Help Centre to find out how to generate Polling and Registration reports.
