The LX.lab provides a variety of online and in-person support for teaching staff at UTS. Our skilled support team can provide learning design and pedagogical advice, assist you in using technologies for teaching, troubleshoot issues, or simply point you in the right direction if you need support with anything related to teaching. We are located in building 6, level 4, just across the open courtyard.

Online support

The LX.lab offers online support for all your learning technology queries. Log a ticket to the LX.lab via ServiceConnect and we will get back to you within a few hours on weekdays. Request updates will go straight to your email inbox for added convenience.

Consultations

If you are looking for personalised, one-on-one support, you can book in for a consultation with one of our learning design and technology specialists. This is a great option if you need more in-depth guidance, pedagogical advice or help with tricky issues.

We provide consultations via Zoom or face-to-face in the LX.lab (CB06.04.020) on weekdays from 10am to 4pm. Make sure you book in advance by logging a ticket via ServiceConnect  to secure your preferred time. Please allow a few hours for our team to confirm your booking.

Live chat

For just-in-time support or any general queries about our learning technologies or events, our live chat service is available between 10am and 4pm on weekdays. If your request requires more hands-on support, a Service Connect ticket might be needed for investigation and follow-up.
