Overview of the subject dashboard | 7 February

Subject coordinators are invited to attend the upcoming workshop that overviews the subject dashboard.

The dashboard provides subject coordinators with a view of the cohort coming into their subject, including cohort diversity (eg pathways, demographics, degrees/majors, enrolled, withdrawn etc) and past results by grade.  As it is a Power BI interface, tables are linked so one can click across an area of interest.

At the workshop, Kathy Egea (Senior Lecturer and UTS First and Further Year Experience (FFYE) Coordinator, TLC) will demonstrate the dashboard from an academic usage viewpoint.

Amara Atif will also demonstrate her use of the ‘new look’  dashboard.

There will also be time to explore your own dashboards in small breakout rooms.

Note: if access is required, subject coordinators need to complete a service connect request to DAAI, identifying their staff number and subject codes.
