The Settings link in your Course Navigation Menu allows you to set different options for your Canvas course. This link is only available to instructors.
For example, you can choose to:
Reading Lists is a new list management system available in 2021 at UTS. You can enable Reading Lists in the course navigation menu in Canvas.

In Course Details, you can view the details of your subject site. For example, the name of the subject, the file storage quota for the site and the grading schema for the subject.
As an instructor, you can verify all external links throughout your course to ensure they are valid. You can check these links by using the course link validator, which searches through course content and returns invalid or unresponsive external links in both published and unpublished content. However, please note that some links flagged as unresponsive are inaccessible by Canvas servers and will still work for students.
The link validator also includes deleted links. Deleted links are links that are still in the course, but their linked content (such as a file or page) has been deleted.

The import course content tool allows you to copy parts or entire Canvas sites and bring content over from other sources.
