Learn how to Clone Assessment Tasks to another Subject.
Subject Coordinators can only Clone Assessment Tasks from Subjects they have access to in REVIEW. Please contact your Faculty APO if you need access to another Subject in REVIEW.
To Clone an Assessment Task:
- Go to the Subject that you want to Clone the Task(s) to
- Open the Tasks tab, then click Clone Tasks
- Enter at least three characters from the Subject name or number in the search box, then select the Subject you wish to Clone tasks from
- Select one or more Tasks from the ‘Not to copy list’
- Click the Clone Tasks button to complete the cloning process
Copied Assessment tasks:
- are Inactive by default
- have the date/time they were copied appended to the Task name
Edit the task to make it Active and remove the date and time from the name.
