Learn how to release results and feedback to students in REVIEW
Publishing results will:
- Allow students to see their mark/grade and feedback
- Transfer marks to Canvas (if enabled during task setup)
A student’s name will only appear in the ‘Not Published’ list if their work has been graded.
Enable the ‘Hide from student’ option during task setup if you need to transfer marks to Canvas without displaying them to students. This setting can be enabled or disabled at any time.
Publish results
To Publish results, open the Publish tab then:
- Select a Task from the Task menu
- (Optional) Choose a Class, Group or filter by name
- Select the students you want to publish results for from the ‘Not Published’ list
- Click the Publish button
Unpublish results
To Unpublish student results, open the Publish tab then:
- Select a Task from the Task menu
- (Optional) Choose a Class, Group or filter by name
- Select the students you want to publish results for from the ‘Published’ list
- Click the Unpublish button
