Accessing REVIEW
When I try to log in to REVIEW it says ‘Login failed’. What should I do?
There are several reasons why you might see this error message:
- Your username and/or password are incorrect. Open a new browser window and go to https://uts.reviewedu.com.au/, then manually enter your username and password. If this doesn’t work then Contact ITU via ServiceConnect for help
- You haven’t activated your staff account. You can activate your account on the My Account account activation page. If you can log into your UTS email account then your UTS account is already active
- Your account is inactive in REVIEW. This can happen if there has been a gap in your employment at UTS. Contact ITU via ServiceConnect to have your REVIEW account reactivated
When I try to log in to REVIEW it says ‘Successive failed attempts. Please try again later.’ When will I be able to log in?
You’ll need to wait 15 minutes before trying to log in again.
Why can’t I see my Subject listed in REVIEW?
Subject Coordinators who can’t see their Subject listed in REVIEW should contact their Faculty APO.
Other teaching staff should contact the Subject Coordinator, who can add them to the Subject in REVIEW.
Check that you have selected the correct Year and Session when looking for your Subject.
Managing Tasks
How do I make a task Active or Inactive?
To make a task Active or Inactive in REVIEW:
- Select the Tasks tab, then locate the Task you want to change
- Click the Edit button for the Task you want to change
- Find the Status option, then choose either Active or Inactive
- Click Save
How do I unlock a Task?
Tasks lock as soon as one or more Student’s marks and feedback have been Published. If marks and feedback have been published then you’ll need to:
- Unpublish the marks and feedback
- Ask a Faculty Administrator from your APO or the LX.lab to unlock the task
- Change the task setting you want to change
- Publish the marks and feedback again
If marks and/or feedback have been entered then you won’t be able to:
- Change the Criteria Weight Type (manual or automatic)
- Change the slider
- Add or remove Criteria
