In the most recent Time Higher Education student pulse survey on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), access to ‘Quality Education’ was ranked in the top 3 highest priority areas of student concern. This was alongside ‘Climate Action’ and ‘Zero Hunger’.

This workshop is an opportunity to hear directly from students on the critical issues of sustainability affecting our lives. It is part of a series of sessions running in the LX.lab as part of 2022 Global Sustainable Development Goals week (September 16-25).

Who should attend this session?

All students, as well as academic and professional staff, are welcome to attend.

What will you learn?

This workshop aims to create an engaging dialogue between students and staff around SDG 4: Quality Education.

In this 2 hour session, you will learn how:

  • access and inclusion impacts quality education as a sustainable development goal
  • to be inspired to embed accessible practice into your classrooms and professional practices
  • make the Acknowledgement of Country meaningful for yourselves and your students
  • to build practices that support awareness of student context and Relationship Facilitation
  • explore what Quality Education looks like to you
