    4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
  • (Hybrid) UTS LX Lab and online via Zoom

Together with a group of experts in the learning design field, we have created a comprehensive guide comprising 10 chapters. The book offers learning designers and postgraduate students’ practical advice, principles, and strategies to design learning experiences that are accessible, equitable, and inclusive. Our aim is to help learning designers create environments that recognise and celebrate diversity while promoting equitable learning outcomes.

The project is funded by The Council of Australian University Librarians (CAUL) OER Collective Grant 2023.

“This book, Designing Learning Experiences for Inclusivity and Diversity, provides a useful leap in the right direction by helping us to first understand the depth and nuances of this problem and then providing practical guidance for moving forward.”  (Kimmons, 2024, as cited in Heggart & Fatayer. (Ed). 2024).
