Spring 2017 subject sites are now available for use in UTSOnline and REVIEW. You can make changes to these sites without affecting any of your Autumn 2017 (or earlier) subject sites and students. Just make sure you’re working on the right site!

When will students be enrolled in Spring 2017 subject sites?

They’re already enrolled but the site is currently only available to teaching staff.

What happens next?

Your Spring 2017 subject site will automatically be made available to students on Monday July 17, 2017.

What about UTSOnline groups for tutorials, seminars and labs?

These are also ready to go!

Which subject did you use to make my new site?

We’ve used the most recent version of your site to create the Spring 2017 version.

What will happens to my old subject site(s)?

Subject sites from previous semesters will be remain accessible to staff and students enrolled in them.

I’m teaching in an upcoming session that isn’t Spring. How do I enrol my students in a new site?

You’ll need to fill in a form for subject setup. You can find more information on this here.
