Learning Designers
The Faculty of Engineering and IT is recruiting for Learning Designers to perform a support role within the faculty in the development of staff. The learning designer will support the Manager, Teaching & Learning Design to translate the University’s and Faculty’s strategic priorities in teaching and learning.
In teaching and learning, the emphasis is on inspiring graduate success and an outstanding student experience. The strategic priorities focus on our existing strength areas such as our distinctive practice-oriented approach which highlights our reputation.
The Teaching and Learning Design unit has responsibility for developing expertise in and advising academic staff at the faculty level on blended, flipped and hybrid learning. This includes the use of new technologies, development of new course materials and learning tools, management of curriculum development and building the Faculty’s excellence in teaching and learning.

Coordinators, Engaged Learning
The UTS Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology (FEIT) is recruiting for two Coordinator, Engaged Learning positions to play a key role in the administration and enhancement of FEIT programs and learning activities that significantly enhance the student experience, student employability and student success.
Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology enrols over 7,500 students in our leading, industry-recognised courses and provides students with access to rigorous internship programs, collaborative research projects, global exchange programs, short courses and consulting activities, as well as courses offered in Hong Kong and Singapore.
The Engaged Learning team is responsible for designing and delivering compelling curricular and co-curricular activities that enhance and broaden the FEIT student experience and differentiate UTS as a world leader in practice-based education.
Each Coordinator will have a specific focus area within the Engaged Learning team. One position will focus on the Internships, Work Experience, Work Integrated Learning Activities and the other position will focus on the Global Exchange/Mobility & Student Activities.
